Rebecca is our resident operations expert. Her focus is to continuously improve the client experience and increase organizational efficiency. She was born in Valdosta, Georgia, and has lived in Atlanta for the last 18 years. She began at PBG as an Account Manager (April 2001 - August 2012), which affords her a historical knowledge of the organization and keen awareness of leadership's overall vision. She attended Georgia State University, where she graduated in 1999 with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Policy Analysis.
Rebecca hasn’t always been in the insurance industry, though. She began her journey at Valdosta State University, where she graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy/Political Science. After a one-year stint at Georgia State University's College of Law, she found herself wanting to change status quo in order to improve the quality of life of others. Her advisor sent her to the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies for guidance, and a year later, she was ready to provide practical business advice to organizations.
Rebecca holds her Life Accident & Sickness license, and she is a Registered Neutral with State of Georgia (Civil Mediator and Arbitrator). Most recently, she received the J. Mack Robinson College of Business Certificate of Leadership Excellence (Fall 2014). Rebecca's long-term goal is to become an Organizational Psychologist.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys reading, dining out at new restaurants with her husband Mark, and spending quality time with their daughter Anna Elizabeth. When she's not at the office, you'll likely find her at the barre studio! She regularly volunteers at Holy Spirit Preparatory School, the Junior League of Atlanta, the Atlanta Chi Omega Alumnae Association, and the Underwood Hills Neighborhood Association. She and her family are members of Northside United Methodist Church.
